All appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time will be charged up to 50% - 75% of the appointment cost unless rescheduled. I have a 10 minute late policy before your appointment may be subject to cancellation + same day cancellation fee. If there are no other clients right after your appointment we may be able to get you in! All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will no longer be allowed to book with me. Any appointment may be rescheduled to avoid being charged the fee. Unable to come to the rescheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the appointment booked. Communication is so important so please always reach out to me!
